First Legislative Action Committee Meeting

At our general meeting earlier this month, our chapter voted to form this committee to:

• Identify structural barriers to participating in local government;
• Develop strategies to increase political engagement and participation among working people; and
• Collaborate with community stakeholders to foster collective action towards a more participatory and responsive local government.
